If you wish to receive an official invitation letter for your Visa Application, please fax to us a copy of your Passport  showing your name and the passport number to Fax # 1-408-280-6255. Alternatively, you may send us a scanned copy of your passport to invitationrequest@ianano.org. Please enter the Passport Number and your Registration ID number in this online form. The Registration ID number is a proof that you would come to the USA for participating in the conference. The Registration ID is provided when you complete the registration. If you have not registered, please contact the Registrar for a temporary ID number.
